EPA ID Number is missing:
All EPA ID Numbers in the eVQ account must have the same FEIN (federal tax ID Number).

Please note that if an EPA ID Number is already assigned to another eVQ account, you will be unable to add it to your account. Please contact us at eVQ@dtsc.ca.gov. if you need to add an ID Number that is assigned to another account.

If you do not know the EPA ID Number for the site location you want to add, please go to www.hwts.dtsc.ca.gov, and select reports. You can search by location address to find the EPA ID Number in Report 1.
